During this tricky time, DHL is experiencing a high volume and demand of online orders. This may affect the time frame of shipment for your parcel. We ask to please add 5 business days to our regular shipment time to accomodate for the potential of a delay in delivery. For orders with a value over £150 shipping will be FREE and sent with DHL International Express.
A flat rate of £5 will apply to orders with a value under £150.
Tracking is provided with every order so you can follow your Kulani Kinis on its journey from us to you!
After placing and paying for your Kulani Kinis, your order is processed and sent the following business day. International orders take 3-4 business days to arrive from date of dispatch (shipping time varies per destination). Kulani Kinis will not assume responsibility for the theft or damage of a parcel once it has been sent. Should there be any issues with your parcel not arriving within the ordinary time frame described previously, please email us at email@example.com. Orders will require a signature on delivery.
Please note customers may be required to pay sales tax, VAT, duty and/or customs charges on your purchase with Kulani Kinis. Please factor these into your purchase costs before submitting your order.

Yes! We have a return address in London UK.
Please note: The shipping cost to return your item to Kulani Kinis for your exchange is at your own expense and we recommend using a postal service which allows tracking as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Our prices include UK & Euro duties and taxes which are paid to your government - we cannot refund these should you choose to exchange or refund.
